Newborn Session: Baby Ryder
This baby made me feel home sick, but in a good way of course! I am a first generation Italian; my mother immigrated to the US from Italy when she was 13 years old. My grandmother (aka Nonna) lived with us practically our whole lives and we were grew up the "traditional" Italian way. So naturally, when I saw this baby's olive skin, it made me think of home. My twin sister has olive skin too, but of course, being fraternal twins, I got the pale German skin on my dad's side.
My favorite part of the photo shoot was seeing big brother, Anthony, with his baby brother. Anthony was so excited to help pick out colors and props and was a complete doll when it came to posing with the baby. The family photos are for sure keepsakes!
The baby did amazing! In a little over 3 hours, I was able to capture such beautiful images. I hope these memories made the family proud. Look below to see some of my favorite shots from this newborn shoot.
